Randy Smalley’s RSR Motorsports is teaming up with Automatic Racing to run MINIs in the 2010 GRAND-AM Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge (formerly the KONI Challenge). Automatic Racing will continue running BMWs, but will be preparing the MINIs for RSR Motorsports.
One MINI will be driven by Randy Smalley and Owen Trinkler. The drivers announced for the second MINI are VJ Mirzayan and Sarah Cattaneo.
The GRAND-AM Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge series begins with the Fresh from Florida 200 at the Daytona International Speedway on January 29th starting at 1:15pm.
